Outcome
HandyFlow is a service solution for handymen that tracks work hours and materials used. With this information, the service helps employees to fill in invoices efficiently, enabling them to spend more time on the practical jobs they like. Additionally, it keeps the boss informed and provides him with an overview for better coordination.
How it works
HandyFlow is a service that supports handymen in filling-in invoices by tracking their work hours and materials used in a semi-automatic way.
It tracks hours and materials spent in a certain job, using sensors integrated in the van and other tracking techniques. This information is then used to automatically fill in the invoice through a connected mobile app. This service enables the handymen to reduce time/effort for administrative work and spend more time on the practical work they love.
The tracked information is connected to the company’s agenda to provide the boss with information about his employees’ work status. This allows him to adjust their planning in case of complications.
Through the service the boss gains an improved overview of his employee’s status and is able to coordinate them efficient for the next day.
